March Home Exercise Program

Let's Stay Strong Together

Elevate Gymnastics Academy family, let’s stay strong together! EGA sympathizes with everyone and we are sure your kiddos are getting restless at home. Maybe even you! We are offering a solution. We all know that gymnastics builds character, especially when faced with adversity. We are putting together some home exercise programs that are easy and fun. Try to encourage as many family members as you can to participate, but make sure to get your parents permission first. We hope you enjoy the program. Look for more in the next couple of days.. Again, let’s stay strong together!

Remember to get permission from your parents first. Enjoy!!

Sunday 3/22/20...  Owner/coach Debbie has a challenge for you!  1000 reps of core exercises . I divided it up into 10 rounds of the following exercises: sit ups, crunches, hollow body rocks, flutter kicks, v-ups, seated crunches, side hip raises right, side hip raises left, Russian twists, and tuck ups.  If 1000 is too much for you = divide it up with a friend, sibling or family member.  It took me a while, but I am 51 years old. 31 minutes total = if I can do it, so can you. Please like, share, comment and let us know your times.  Let’s continue to stay strong together!
