Friday 3/20/20... EGA is back with another home workout video! These workouts can be done by both boys and girls, however our boys are also working on putting some videos together along with our ninjas. Stay posted!

Saturday 3/21/20... Staying Strong Together! We have had requests for home exercise programs for our boys so Eric and Ashton have put this video together for all of you. It CAN be done by all family members...invite your parents, siblings, and even your friends to join you (keep your 6 ft distance). Remember to get permission from your parents first. Enjoy!!
Sunday 3/22/20... Owner/coach Debbie has a challenge for you! 1000 reps of core exercises . I divided it up into 10 rounds of the following exercises: sit ups, crunches, hollow body rocks, flutter kicks, v-ups, seated crunches, side hip raises right, side hip raises left, Russian twists, and tuck ups. If 1000 is too much for you = divide it up with a friend, sibling or family member. It took me a while, but I am 51 years old. 31 minutes total = if I can do it, so can you. Please like, share, comment and let us know your times. Let’s continue to stay strong together!

Ankle Strength
ABCs (both ankles)
15 inversion ankle walks

Workout - 5x of 1 minute at each station:
- Single leg squats
- V-up roll overs - Arch ups
- Calf raises •
15-20 of stretching •

Skill (handstand)
Accumulate a 1-minute freestanding handstand hold
2x:30 laying handstand position
3 Tabatas (12-minutes total)
Side plank crunches
Skater Squats
Dips
A tabata is :20 of work and then :10 of rest for 4 minutes
15-20 of stretching

20 Arch Rocks
20 Handstand Shoulder Shrugs
Flexibility:
- Elevated back leg over split
- Pigeon stretch
- Pike stretch
- Extra stretching
