Parent Participation

Our Parent Participation class is a wonderful movement exploration experience where parent and child learn and grow together. This class is designed to introduce fundamental hand-eye coordination, motor skills, and listening skills through fun, age-appropriate circuits on low beams, trampolines, and bars. We integrate music and "Lummi Sticks" to boost comprehension and vocabulary, all while introducing basic gymnastics technology and spatial awareness.

Tot Classes

Our Tot Classes are designed to foster independence and build crucial developmental skills in your three-year-old. This engaging 50-minute class focuses on enhancing motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and listening abilities. We introduce basic gymnastics skills using size-appropriate equipment and fun circuits on the floor, beam, bars, and trampoline, often incorporating music and "Lummi Sticks."

KinderGym

Our Kinder Gymnastics program offers a fun and engaging one-hour class weekly for young children, focusing on building crucial hand-eye coordination, listening skills, and social interaction. Students progress from Kinder 1, where they are introduced to basic skills on the bars, beam, floor, and vault, to Kinder 2 (by evaluation), where they tackle more difficult skills and advanced flexibility. Each week includes time on the floor and exciting rotations on the trampoline, tumble track, and circuits.

Girls & Boys Basics

Our Basic Gymnastics track is the ideal foundational program for all children aged 6 and up, offering a clear path for growth in the Elk Grove area. Students start in Basic 1, learning core skills on every apparatus (vault, bars, beam, and floor) along with foundational strength and flexibility. As they master these fundamentals, they seamlessly progress to Basic 2 and Basic 3, tackling increasingly challenging skills and advancing their physical agility.

Girls & Boys Tumbling

Our focused, hour-long Tumbling classes are the perfect accelerated course for both boys and girls. Athletes work specifically on perfecting skills like the round-off back handspring and advanced flipping skills using the Floor, Trampoline, and Tumble Track.

Ninja Zone

Our Ninja Zone classes blend the discipline of martial arts, the agility of gymnastics, and the strength of obstacle training for kids aged 3-14. This high-energy program is focused on building grit, confidence, and essential instinctual safety—teaching your child how to move with power and control.
