Building Bodies and Minds
Each one-hour weekly class is packed with high-energy activity. Students spend focused time on the floor and alternate with exciting rotations through various stations, including the trampoline, tumble track, and specialized gymnastics circuits.
Kinder 1: The Building Blocks
This beginning-level class is designed for all children ages 4 and 5. The focus here is on essential developmental skills:

Cognitive & Social: Teaching crucial listening skills and fostering positive interaction with other children.

Physical Foundation: Developing hand-eye coordination and introducing basic skills on all apparatus: bars, beams, floor, vault, and trampoline. We also introduce simple strength and flexibility exercises to build healthy habits.
Kinder 2: Advancing the Journey
This intermediate level is for young gymnasts who demonstrate the ability to handle slightly more difficult skills than those in Kinder 1. Placement in this accelerated class is by evaluation from our professional coaching staff. Kinder 2 ensures that passionate young athletes are continually challenged and progressing at their optimal pace.
