A Path to Discipline, Strength, and Fun

We combine the best of several worlds to create a truly unique experience. Our program blends the discipline of martial arts, the coordination of gymnastics, the strength and agility of obstacle training, and the creativity of freestyle movement. We've designed a class that allows kids to build skills like tumbling and tricking at their own pace, all while having a blast.

More than just a physical workout, Ninja Zone training is about character development. We teach kids how to build grit and confidence, empowering them to become great humans. Through this training, children also learn crucial instinctual safety, gaining body awareness that will help them for a lifetime. Our goal is to help your child develop the skills and mindset to confidently take on any challenge.

Looking for a one-time ninja adventure? A few times a year, we open our doors to both members and non-members for special Ninja Training events! This is a fantastic way to experience the fun and excitement without an ongoing commitment.

Ninja Zone Progression

Skills & Techniques

Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks. Their strength and agility are tested through challenging obstacle courses and various training techniques. We also encourage and develop individual freestyle movements, giving them the freedom to express their creativity.

Progressive Level System

Our program uses a progressive level system to help children advance at their own pace. They are evaluated on their skill and knowledge of the core values outlined in The Ninja Zone creed.

The Ninja Zone Creed

The core values of The Ninja Zone creed are at the heart of our training. This character-building component helps children learn important life lessons about discipline, respect, and confidence.

Level Progression

A child's progress is defined by the color of their headband or color ninja on their shirts. The levels of The Ninja Zone are marked by the colors of White, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple, with each color representing a new stage of skill and personal growth.
